Conferences and Functions:
The Trotting Club Hall at the South Bay Racecourse is available to hire for your function. Located at a convenient and safe off-road location and with ample parking, the hall offers plenty of space and facilities for the hosting of your function.

Costs
Hall Hire: $500 (incl. gst) per day. $1,000 if needed for 2 days etc
Grounds Hire: These costs may vary depending on your requirements. Please contact Julie to discuss.

Our hire process involves signing a hire form and clarifying responsibilities of hirer when in possession of keys & utilising grounds. There may be a refundable cleaning bond of $200 required when booking. Please complete the attached form and return to Julie at the email address above.
