Conferences and Functions:
The Trotting Club Hall at the South Bay Racecourse is available to hire for your function. Located at a convenient and safe off-road location and with ample parking, the hall offers plenty of space and facilities for the hosting of your function.

- Seats up to 150. Max 250 people limit
- 8 Trestle Tables & 150 Chairs provided (please ensure the tables and chairs are placed on the trolleys provided and returned to the Storeroom after use)
- Outdoor Lawn Area
- Fully equipped commercial kitchen
- Bar with refrigeration
- Ample toilet facilities – Men’s, Women’s & Disabled
- There is a defibrillator located on the wall outside the office. Access code is C1924
Please Note: We do not provide cutlery, crockery or glassware & this will need to be sourced elsewhere
Costs
Hall Hire: $500 (incl. gst) per day. $1,000 if needed for 2 days etc
Grounds Hire: These costs may vary depending on your requirements. Please contact Julie to discuss.

Our hire process involves signing a hire form and clarifying responsibilities of hirer when in possession of keys & utilising grounds. There may be a refundable cleaning bond of $200 required when booking. Please complete the attached Agreement Form below and return to Julie at the email address above.
